I am a licensed counsellor with over a decade of professional experience.

I work from a person-centred approach, offering counselling to adults in a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space. I place great importance on creating a safe and holding environment where clients feel accepted, understood, and able to explore their inner world at their own pace.

My work is informed by years of experience and additional professional training, including Family Constellations and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. I work with individuals who may be experiencing challenges related to self-worth, the search for meaning and direction in life, unresolved childhood experiences, trauma, grief and loss, addictions and difficulties with emotional regulation.

I believe that each person carries their own inner wisdom and capacity for growth. My role is to walk alongside clients with compassion and empathy, supporting them as they reconnect with themselves and move towards greater clarity, resilience and wellbeing.
